This page answers frequently asked questions about using the Zo'One app. Everything about the app: zo-one.com.
Paid subscriptions are intended for middle- and high-school students in exam years (Brevet, Probatoire, Baccalauréat) who want access to all the learning content (course summaries, quizzes, past exam papers). Parents or legal guardians can also pay the subscription for one or more students.
Users can buy their subscription directly in the Zo'One app, after creating an account. Payment is made by bank card, Tmoney or Flooz.
Zo'One offers a single yearly subscription. A subscribed user has access to all the app's learning content for every exam grade concerned (3ème, 1ère A4, 1ère C, 1ère D, Terminale A4, Terminale C, Terminale D).
No paid content is unlocked for free. Non-subscribed users (prospects) only have access to:
- general knowledge content,
- the first chapters of each subject in the exam grades.
Users download the Zo'One app from Google Play (Android) or use the web version (iPhone or iOS users), then create an account with a phone number + password or an email address + password. Creating an account is free. Only full access to the content requires a paid subscription.
